C.A.R.E. (Character, Attitudes, Relationships, Empowerment) Ministries is a faith-based, non-profit, volunteer and support, outreach community oriented organization for all people. We regard each person of equal worth regardless of race, creed. or color. Our aim is to provide our clients with encouragement as we mentor them and network with various agencies. C.A.R.E. is , also a referral agency designed to help clients obtain services, information and assistance that will help them to acquire and maintain a structured life. Our purpose is to help economically disadvantaged individuals become valuable to their neighborhoods and communities, and to inspire them to empower themselves to go to another level in life, whether its educational, family. spiritual, economically or socially.
